Lunge & Ab Workout

Looking for a workout that incorporates both your legs and abs? Check this video out!


The key points to remember when doing this exercise:

• make sure your back knee almost touches the ground

• keep your back straight

• twist on the same side of your front leg


Do this workout slow and controlled to really target your glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps and abs!
