Believe it or not, walking helps improve your mood. If you had a stressful day at work or just had a bad day, I promise you that walking will help your think clearer and ease your mind!
Taking a stroll in your neighborhood will help maintain your weight. If you’re looking to lose body fat, walking uphill at a fast pace help shed that fat.
Walking also strengthens your bones and your muscles!
